Who is Harbor Equity?

Harbor Equity, LLC is a private equity supported consulting on project finance in the areas of real estate, hospitality, oil and gas, and trade.  We are connected to both upstream and downstream oil and gas suppliers and customers, and act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers of bulk petroleum products, as well as other commodities.

Aerospace Engineer & Entrepreneur, A family man from Texas, Andrew brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and growth experience to the team with his acute business sense and acumen for reading between the lines on a project.  Andrew is an incredible team mate and sincerely puts the clients first in every single scenario.  As one of BeneShield's greatest assets, his "people first" approach to our operations really exemplifies the true soul of why BeneShield was founded, and what we stand for today.
Jeffrey D. Sokol, Managing Partner & Founder - Project Finance in Oil & Gas, Acquisitions
Jeff is the father of four children and has been a husband to their mother since 2009.  He is a third-generation expert in the downhole science of the oil and gas industry.  Jeff attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, from 1999 to 2003, and holds certificates in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance.

Jeff Sokol, a native of Louisiana and a current resident of the State of Montana, built his career on the bases of both industrial applications in the oil and gas industry, and finance.  He is a third generation oil and gas executive and downhole expert and investor, with over 10 years of field experience.  

He started his financial career in 2001, working in the World Trade Center for a corresponding equities division of UBS Paine Webber.  Shortly after 9/11, while investing in oil and gas industry equipment and sales, he began his work in personal finance and retirement planning.  

Today, Jeff specializes in consulting with medium sized companies in mergers and acquisitions and project finance.  He has made many high level banking relationships internationally, and works tirelessly on helping to finance as many large scale projects as possible, with a minimum of $100 million USD in capital needs.

Jeff is the author of books on Entrepreneurship, Wealth Creation, and Personal Finance, with his latest book in 2018 called "Smart Wealth Secrets."  The book was written to shine a light on the unethical side of the retirement planning industry, and shows how people can never lose money in their retirement portfolio again, and still have amazing gains.   He was sick after watching his friends and colleagues lose their life savings in 401k's in 2008/2009, and this helped to shape his ethics around never doing financial harm to anyone, and to treat every person involved with a transaction, with the mindset of a fiduciary.  Feel free to contact Jeff though the Contact page if you lost money and need a plan to recoup the losses.

Jeff has been selling products and operating online for over 20 years, helping people to succeed and even coaching people to success without charge.  He has opened his home to those in need, and helped people work through serious life struggles to find success and fulfillment in life.  In an effort to further make a positive impact on the world, Jeff was invited to, and accepted the invitation to join the highly esteemed and prestigious Financial Policy Council in New York City.

His hobbies include outdoors activities such as hunting and fishing, as well as camping and living a Montana mountain lifestyle, and teaching his children to see and love God's Creation.  Though a skilled outdoorsman and avid hunter, Jeff is also a hobby permaculture designer as well, doing the work for free in many cases as communities are in need of the skill, while his long term goals include opening holistic rehabilitation/education centers for the homeless, centered around permaculture and Christ.   

He lives in the NW Mountains of Montana, near Glacier National Park, with his wife and four children and attends St. Matthew's Catholic Church, and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
